BLUEBERRIES???

So Steve and I went for a hike today- the kids were in daycamp- and seriously this is one of the first times in months we have had a half day to US ( and we get another in 2 weeks!!). We went way in the back of Pippy Park- with the dog.

Hiking up a hill- we found RIPE blueberries- enough for a treat with our lunch. Don't blueberries come out in Sept- NOT July?????

Though I have to say they were delicious- it seems that it is a little early for them...wouldn't you say??
